You have to provide the cleaning equipment (e.g. hoover, iron, cleaning materials, sponges etc.) Alternatively, we can supply cleaning materials at additional cost.

It is always better to enter a clean home or move into a maintained office, and if you are a tenant, to save your deposit with the Estate Agent or Landlord by returning a neat apartment, house or office.

Our EOT cleaning service is not limited in time and comes with 48h free re-clean guarantee to please your landlord or letting agent. We will not charge you extra for Cleaning Materials and Equipment as this is all included in the price.

Kitchen:

• Doors and door handles washed/cleaned

• Washing the walls and the ceilings is not included in End of Tenancy cleaning. We can only wash/clean the walls if you request us to do so. If you choose to request this service, there will be an extra cost and the entire responsibility will be yours should any damage to the walls occurs. 
• Other services that are not included as part of the EOT are - carpet and upholstery cleaning, curtains and blinds, exterior windows, as well as any external areas such as balconies, terraces, external staircases, patios, gardens, and parking spaces. These services are available to be added upon your request.
• Please note that a minimum call-out charge for carpet & upholstery cleaning is £40. The price includes a team of cleaners and all professional materials and equipment required for the job!
• Please also note that defrosting of freezers is not included as part of EOT. The freezer has to be defrosted by the customer in advance so that our cleaning team can clean it inside/out.

Prices may vary for properties outside the 3rd tube zone.

Congestion and parking charges (where applicable) are not included in the final price. 

Keys collection from a different postcode than the location of the scheduled cleaning will be £15 chargeable.

The condition of the property may reflect on the initial price in cases where the property is left extremely neglected. 

All prices are subject to VAT.

D&B Cleaning offers you flexible and convenient booking options, outside work hours to minimise disturbance to your business. 

The time needed to treat your premises depends on its size and the total area that requires decontamination. Typically areas can be treated in under 30 minutes and used again within just 40-60 minutes of decontamination. A very quick process compared to general cleaning and much more effective.

There is no need to move anything in the rooms that will be treated. 

However, our experience has proven that to obtain the best results would be best if:  

• You can make sure that the premises are vacated before the technician enters to ensure staff safety and maintain social distancing.
• Leave all rooms unlocked to enable our technician to access and treat successfully all surfaces. 
• Our advice to you is to switch off your IT equipment before fogging disinfection as a precaution, although there is no direct danger to the equipment. 
• Fire alarms need to be switched off so that fogging can take place.

The Antiviral Fogging method of disinfection can be done separately, however, it is also recommended to be used in conjunction with a regular or deep cleaning service depending on your requirements to ensure long-lasting results and efficiency.
